M-Plan Prohealth Indy

Does anyone have M-plan Prohealth Indianapolis Ins. Back in 2003 I started with the appoval process. In March 2004 found out that I was pregnant with twins, a week later I got my approval. So here I am now at the same weight & BMI, the only change is I am a mother of beatuiful twins and they denied me. I am in the process now of writing an appeal. Can anybody offer suggestions, let me know if there is a person with m-plan they went through, or have any comments on helping me with my appeal letter

I had started off with MPlan Prohealth Indy. Was denied, appealed, and denied again. Their reason? They didn't like the way my pcp kept notes!!! I switched insurance carriers and was approved with no problem. Sherri
