Sagamore American Community Insurance questions

I have Sagamore American Community insurance and I am hoping my procedure gets approved. Does anyone else have this insurance? Did you experience any problems with them? What can I do to help the process along faster? I have comorbidies of type 2 diabetes and BP problems. I have the past 2 years of documentation from my doctor. Should I go back to 5 years worth of documentation? Don't have much except for yearly physical info. I just want to get all this info before they say I need it and turn it all in promptly. I even have a life insurance policy physical that I was turned down on to turn in also. What about past diet attempts via doctor or other? I want to have everything ready for the insurance's approval before they ask for it. Thank you

well you know that i have sagamore i have found out that there is alot of different groups of sagamore. i have been trying since dec to get approved i have been calling and calling insurance. i have sent in my appeal letter last month and still havent heard anything.i am going to call them tomorrow and if i dont hear anything i will be having my lawyer contact them i am tried of being lied to and be put off by them. they think that just because they are insurance they can lie and push people around and thats OK well its not ok with me and i am getting very upset about this i have high blood pressure and diabetes sleep apnea infertilty back pain
