I see you have a great doc.....and i say this still.....even with Ed's issues i know it was nothing he did....where will you be having your surgery at? hope you get approval real fast and become a loser....

Hello Jennifer! I'm a patient with Dr. Clark also and I'm trying to get everything together to be submitted to insurance. I have an appointment with Dr. Randall in Indy for the evaluation this Friday. I haven't been here long but I've learned alot from everyone here already. They are great!!
