Next trip is for surgery

Made the 2 hour journey to St. V's today for my pre op and meeting with the dietician. Everything was smooth and i left happy when she told me that they no longer have to use catheters. After having 2 at once, the word alone scares me. Troy.....almost there.

Great news for you!!!! I havent had one in MANY years but I did have one last month with my knee surgery that they put in when I was asleep... They didnt want me to force myself up on a bedpan the first day after surgery... Best of wishes on your surgery!!! Enkoy the journey!! Linda

Well, i thought that i was almost there....labs came back with a surprise. Type 2 diabetes....and the probability that my surgery is getting postponed until its under control. In the dumps i go.
