I have a question

I'm almost 3 months out now, and I'm a little worried. I think my food just goes right through my pouch. I eat, get the little full feeling, quit eating and 15 minutes later I can add a little more. Is this normal? In the "old days" I remember eating, getting full and staying full for hours. Does the food just not stay in pouch too long? It scares me that I can eat again 30-60 mins after I just ate. I have got to get my head fixed, so I don't continue to do this.

Keep sipping your water/protien... are you eatting the required amount making sure the protien is always there??? Are you NOT drinking 30 min before and 30 minutes after?? keeping the protien you ate in your pouch from being watered down?? Remember 3 meals a day and 2 snacks.... LIFE CHANGE...

also keep in mind how MUCH we had to eat to keep that full feeling that long. The spinchter muscles are gone for us now, so nothing in controling letting the food in and out like before. I haven't experienced a "full" feeling, but I can tell when I'm satisfied (usually before my 2 oz are eaten). It's hard to learn to eat until satisfied and not on the verge of popping. It's a daily battle for sure.

believe this is called grazing...should you feel you need to eat make wise choice and things with protein....

It was the other way for me...in the 'old days' I could eat a huge meal and 2 hours later eat another huge meal...all day long that pattern went ***sigh*** Now I am 19 months out and I eat...and sometimes I feel myself getting hungry 30 minutes later...so I get my cup of coffee, glass of milk and any other liquid I can think of...sit down, drink them and I am fine....takes so long to drink all that stuff that I am well past the feeling of wanting to graze. Hope this helps ya
