One hundred pounds, that is a big wow. I'm two weeks post op and down about 30. In Weigh****chers, we always said, "Stand in front of the butter in the grocery store. Each pound of butter is a pound of fat." Imagine, you've lost 100 pounds of butter. Imagine all those butter boxes stacked in front of you. You've lost that much. By the way, how do you get your picture in your posts? Rob

Rob, you are right that is a bunch of butter. If you go to the top of the page and click on the part that says PHOTOS it will give you instructions regarding a picture. You have to email it in and then they post it for you. It takes awhile to get them up. You will be at the 100 mark before you know it. Dan

Dan you are doing so well, I went to the dr. on Monday and was down 46 pounds from surgery date. I would really like to lose 37 more pounds. Wow so are you out of the chair completely now? Lisa B

You can rationalize your weight loss with butter.. I always equate mine with sugar... I have lost 19,5 lb bags of sugar!!! Carry those around in a bag if ya can!@!! I can't believe I carried around that much.. Linda
