MORNING
hey get those duck shoes out...looking not so pretty out ther with all that rain..
ed got off the vent, he still has the jp drain in though along with the nj tube in his nose....the 2 things now are his blood pressure that is running low along with his heart rate which is running high....now to get those 2 things happening he will be better each day, and i know i was told the vent would be in till thurs but it came out early...they finally got him a bed big enough he was sure cramped due to his being so tall his feet or head was always hanging off
Good mornign everyone!
Angie,
I'm glad Ed is doing better. I'm going to have to go back and try to catch up on all the posts I've missed. I take it that Ed had to have a revision..? I did at 6 months post-op. I think the further out you are, and the more use to food you are again, the harder going back to stage 1 is. A guy had to have a revision right before I had mine and he was about 1 year out. To me, that would have been worse than mine. Since Ed isn't that far post-op, he should do fine. How much has he lost so far? Tell him to keep his chin up..as much as the short beds would allow him to anyway..lol.
You take care too sweetie!
