Cold Medicine?

My poor husband came down with an AWFUL cold the day I came home from the surgery. Despite us sleeping in seperate bedrooms to try to prevent me from catching it- I have. What kind of cold medicine can we take? I'm mostly having a sore throat, lots of sneezing, and a runny nose with headache. What kind of medicines can we take? before I would take day / nyquil. Is that still an option?

How about a good old Rum & Coke?????? Just kidding Sorry-can't help ya-I know Sherri has said she used the Nyquil stuff. Give a quick call to the doctor...they like to be bugged

Agree... call the Doc... and probably Da/NiQuill... Liquid... Linda

I use Zicam because it comes in a nasal gel spray and/or swabs that way I know for sure it won't agitate my stomach. Plus it works really good (imo)
