My Concerns..... Its a long post!

Thanks Rosemary! I started journaling everything that I put into my mouth today and I've already noticing some things. I don't really eat a meal. I mean, for lunch I had a high protein yogart. And cottage cheese for dinner. Sure it fills me up, but I think I need to add a little something to it to call it a meal. You may be right in that I'm not eating enough.... 2 protein drinks, yogart, and cottage cheese really isn't much. I'm already exercising regulary, but I know I could use some more water.
