Cold

Hi Everyone, Had my 1 year check up. Everything was good. Have losted to my goal and 5 pounds under. Would like to stop losing. Dr said my body will know when it is time to stop. I was just wondering what kind of cold medicane I can take. Coming down with a bad cold.
