I just got my date!!!

Hello everyone, I just got my date a few minutes ago...April 7th! It's a little anticlimactic. It seams like I should be more excited, but they want to do one more test (trying to figure out why I'm a little anemic) and I think I'm afraid that if I make a big deal out of this they will find some reason to postpone it. Yes, I'm just a little superstitious. I have not posted much. I don't often have anything useful to add, but I have really enjoyed reading all of your postings. Reading about all of your exploits have kept me jazzed about having the surgery. Thanks for sharing. Cindy

Congrats Cindy I love Dr Clark...he is very good. What hospital are you having surgery? St Francis or Community South? Want to make sure we bring you a gift bag

Thank you all for your words of encouragement. I'm having a Lap RNY at Community South. Going through my last (hopefully) test tomorrow and should hear the results next Tuesday. I was told they would confirm my surgery date then. I think the excitement will hit then. So far I've kept the info pretty quiet. Once my date is confirmed, I'll let my family & friends know. They're reactions will be infectious. They have been very supportive for the most part. Thanks again for your kind words. Cindy
