insurance smucks

I called anthem today to see if they had recieved my info and of sourse they said no till i had told the ladie that i had conformation that they had recieved it and she said that she could not find my info but by te end of the call she found it somewhere........of course they are behind and i should call back in 3 weeks.........thanks to everyone out there that told me to keep on top of the insurance company big hugs to everyone
