Hey everyone it is my Rebirthday. It was a year ago that I had my surgery.

I made my goal in Dec. and 5 pounds under.

I would do it all over again. This has been a great year.

Lots of changes. If not for all of you this year it would have been hard. So take a bow. Everyone was so nice you all answer my question I had no matter how dumb they where. Thank You All. God Bless all of You.
