he is now in a regular room, i guess he showed his ass to everyone tues night and said he was leaving he had had enough...they would not allow him to shower (he was still bloody from before and neeed it) anyway he is now on some food, i guess he even gave dr clark some heck about the place and his feeling ok and he was sick of what they call broth...lmao he got some food...

LOL!!!! Eddie is so quiet....I can't picture him giving anyone heck for anything So glad he is in a normal room.....ya should have taken him to St Francis!!!

Glad Ed stood up for himself. ICU can be a living hell unless you are in a coma. I was in there last year here in Kokomo and I really raised hell with the poor nurses. I pulled my IVs out and said I was going home. It got so bad that they called Ann in the middle of the night to come deal with me and calm me down. She went back to sleep. Wise choice. I still can not show my face around the ICU in fear that I will be recognized. In my defence they did have me dopped up pretty good. I think hospitals brings the worse out in all of us (especially men). Despite my opinion about how great I think St Vincents is, I tangled with one of the nurses up there because of a stupid statement she made to me. Tell Ed to hang in there and you will home soon. Angie you hand in there also. We are praying for both of you that all this will pass real soon and live will get back to normal.....whatever normal might be. Dan

When I was in the hospital last week I told them to bring me real food and i would pick around what I could eat... the hospital diettiion came in and said i wasnt eatting enough and asked me what I would eat if she would send it... I gave her suggestions she sent me Big bowls of everything I suggested at every meal and a snack between meals... I told her I had bariatric surgery to LOOSE weight and she wasnt helping!!! Needless to say I took a bite of some of it and sent the rest back... You ROCK Ed!! sometimes we just got to set our feet down!! Did he get his shower??? Bet he WAS feeling sticky and smelly... old blood isnt the fresest smellin stuff.. Linda

So glad to hear he is doing much better. What a way to start your wl journey and what a way to scare a woman to death!!! Will keep you both in my prayers.
