Happy Valentines Day everyone!! Way to go COURTNEY!!! I hope next year I can say the same.

I am not losing very much right now but I know it will come around and for all of you who are "stalled" I would listen to that voice of wisdom who said do not weigh yourself everyday---it just is disappointing everyday to let yourself down---it will happen for you !!

Happy Valentine's Day, Ladies & Gents!!! CONGRATS, Courtney!!! I know it's an awesome feeling to hit the century mark!! Connie, chin up there!! It's going to happen...perhaps tomorrow!! Today is Valentine's Day, but is also my rebirthday!! It was 1 yr ago today that I had this amazing surgery & what a year it's been!!

I'm so happy with the results so far!! Happy Day!!

Congrats Sweetie!! You are doing Wondrful!! I went ouside and walked for 17 minutes last night and it felt really good! I actually put a bra on today so that is a good sign that I am getting back into it!! lol the first one since before surgery...lol Have a super day! ((((((((((Hugs)))))))))))) Marianne
