all right its saturday

finally the day is here.. i keep forgetting to say about what i did exercise wise,i am so proud of myself, and went to gnc and got some proteins and what have you..new vitimans and well spent 135.00 thats after my 20 % discount

Who would have thought 3 or 5 years ago we would do our major groc shopping in a healthfood/vitamin store???!!! wAY TO GO!!! lINDA

Good morning, I went to GNC on Thurs. and spent 117 dollars but 45 of that was on my son for some motabelizms pills , oh they are called hot roks I think, I got my 2 cases of Isopure bottles, and then he went on and let me get a rain check on them cause they didn't have a few flavors, so he gave it to me as the buy one get one half off and then it will also let me use the 20 % off too. So I will be set for a few months. I like the grape, icy orange, and pinapple orange banna, and blue rasberry. I smell my coffee it is done!!! The weekend is the only time I drink it. I hope you all drive safe today and tonight. Oh a lady at work gave me some of her old clothes, but there weren't alot of old things she had I would say 7-8 new shirts with tags still on them. I just cleared out my closet three weeks ago. LOL I am not losing as much as I fell I should ... BUT I have not been walking SO Shame on ME. I must change that, I did go up and down stairs at work for 12 minutes at work on one of my breaks on Tues. I need to do that more my legs were so sore for 2 days. Well take care everyone. Lisa

Good Morning everyone out there on this snowy Saturday morning. It looks like it is going to a white weekend, at least here in Kokomo where the ground is already covered. Today will be a good day to prepare my Children's sermon and Sunday School lessons for Sunday. I am also developing a training course on evangelism inside the Church which I will be teaching this spring. Right now I am working on my power point slides. No grandkids this weekend so Ann and I did our federal and state income taxes last night. I always hate to go through all that. But it is done for another year. I managed to get lots of walking in this week. In fact never used my wheelchair once. Even walked around the store when we did some shopping. That is a first for me for a long time now. I need to get back to work after I get my morning coffee, and breakfast and of course my pills. Have a great weekend all and be safe. Dan

Good morning everyone!!! I have a busy weekend. Last night I took my son and his friend to Western Bowl so they could play in the arcade and I got to meet this new guy from Yahoo Personals. He was a very nice man...so he invited us to breakfast this morning & then he is taking us bowling ...then of course there is dinner & dancing tonight and clothes sorting tomorrow (a Sunday ritual-clean out the big..bring in the small). And Gord is on his way to Indiana (at last!!!!-I miss him). He should be here Monday or Tuesday (funny how he gets real attentive when I mention I have a date ). Then next week I have a ton of gift bag deliveries!!!! Busy, busy, busy...maybe I will loose a few pounds with all this running around See everyone tonight!!!!The roads should be nice and cleared by then!!!

Good morning everyone! Yesterday ended up being a very busy day. I got 5.5 miles in and none of it was on the treadmill! Whew! I just had a late breakfast so think I'll get busy soon. Unless I go shopping, the treadmill is about the only walking I get in on the weekends. We are all getting a little anxious for Monday. My silly daughter said that at least in normal childbirth SHE was in control! LOL!! I told her 'No honey. In normal childbirth, the BABY is in control!'. She is starting to get nervous and the idea of this being a 'surgery' is starting to sink in. I told her to put her faith in the capable surgeon's hands. Anyway, she totally lost it last night. Her & her hubby went to get some groceries. When they got back out to the car, she went to put her debit card in her wallet, and she didn't have it! She lost it somewhere between the cash register and her car. She called and had it cancelled and then called me in tears while her hubby went looking for it. He found it, but by that time, the bank already put a stop on it so now they have to wait 5-7 days for a new one to get here. Such a minor incident really, but for Tiffany, it was the final straw for her nerves. It will be a very good thing for Monday to get over-with for her. Well, best get busy doing something.
