Under 150
Thanks Stacey!! I know how impatient ya feel...we ALL did after the surgery.....just wanted to wake up thin I used to set monthly goals...and when I didn't make them I would get bummed....I was shooting for that first 100 pounds to be gone by the 6th month....only got to 82 pounds or so...I forget now ...but I stopped doing that and let the tool and nature take it's course...I must admit exercise would have made it come off faster...but I am simply not an exercise kinda gal But I do have my weight loss table in my profile..you can see how it slowed up at the 6th month....but there has never been a month I haven't lost something....and that's a good thing. And that is what I focused on....the monthly losses..otherwise I would have gone crazy
WOOOOO HOOOOOO WTG Deb!!! Your such an inspiration to all of us!!! You even look different than the first time I met you back in November 2005!!! AWESOME JOB...keep up the great work!!! It does get very frustrating when you slow down, but it's only slow for a lil while then ya start losing again!!! It'll all work out in the end if we use our tools appriopriately!!! I'm so happy for you!!! "HUGZZZZZZZZZZ" ~~~Shari
Deb,
As far as a surgery date... I'm waitng on my Dr. to get specific documentation of supervised weight loss. Indiana Comprehensive told myself and St. Vincents that I need 3-6 months which I have done. I just didn't have specific diet and exercise when I originally submitted my paperwork. Thanks for asking!!!
Have a great Friday!
Kathy
