Good Morning Miss Ellen!! You were up to late!! Then again I am up to early... Just couldnt sleep.. I have been mentally writing my own advance directives.. such as.. Quality of life is more important than quainty of life. I do not wish to be hooked up to any machines to prolong breathing. If I can not be up and alert and enjoying my family and friends then I want to be sitting at the feet of my GOD so allow me to follow whatever is planned for me. I know it sounds dramatic but I usually get this way right before they put me to sleep. And so far and 15 surgeries one kind or another I have always made it. Everyone have a wonderful day!! I intend to!! Live each day as if it were your last and enjoy it as if it were your first. Linda

Oh, I forgot to add that you could put 1 oz. of rice (1/8 c. ) per person for your starch/grain serving. Also add 1/2 c. milk to the mixture. I tried it with the rice & boy was it good. You can also change the "pie" receipe by using differant SF. yogurt flavors. Add fruit if you wish-just make sure it is drained well! (ie; strawberry pie;blueberry pie;etc.) Enjoy! ((hugs)) Ellen
