Good morning everyone! Target has their summer clothes out too! Yeah!! Angie...between the treadmill, stairs at work, and pedomter, I walked 6.2 miles yesterday. Whew! Knew it was a busy day! So far this morning, I have 1.5 miles in on the treadmill. I'll let you know the final tally in the morning. You all have a great day! Sherri

Thanks for the great news about Target. I am going to South Texas next week and thought I would have to go naked. Got out my summer clothes and they are hangers. I will make the trip today. DJ

I put 2 of my sim suits in the clothing exchange and have 2 more that are TO BIG.. so will be looking for a suit this spring.. Cant wait to get one in something that doesnt have a 2 on it...unless maybe a 12!! I was driving to Franklin yesterday morning and I looked up in the mirror and could have sworn it was you behind me... or maybe your twin!!! I had some dental work done before my surgery. After surgery i will have to take antibiotics before every appointment Linda

I was a sleepy head this morning no dout about it...thinking i may jump back in the bed too... i have 2 weeks of work and over 40 hours a week maybe over 50-60...so i gotta rest up for this..no days off even...i am gonna love this.... yesterday i forgot to put my step counter on...but i did walk the treadmill for 3 miles, i did exercises with the ball, sit ups, and the stretch rope. cranked up some rock and roll and had a party for one...LOL... now i did call my dietican and she confirmed what i was gonna do, up my exercise and protein..and could be, I am over the honey moon and the rest is on me...

Good Morning Everyone! I have a question for you guys. I started having really bad back pain on Sunday, it starts right under my bra in the back and radiates down. Went to the chiropractor yesterday, helped for a few minutes, but then back to the same pain. Anyone have anything like this? I'm not having any problems with eating, except the nausea from the pain. Probably nothing to do with WLS, but after I read some of the stories on the WLS Memorial page I'm kind of paranoid. This is probably a stupid question and I feel ridiculous asking it, but you just never know.

Do you still have your gall bladder???? That is all I can think of.. besides maybe a rib out.. my hubby has that sometimes and the chiropracter doesnt get it every time...sometimes the muscles wont let it need to calm them down first.. Linda

Morning, ladies!! I'm off to a slow start this morning. I spent all day yesterday doing laundry & rearranging my computer room....glad that's over! Julie ~ Since your surgery was so recent, you should probably check in with Dr Gomez's office. As Linda mentioned, it sounds alot like a gallbladder problem but could be so many different things. Let us know what you find out, please!

Well it is no longer morning but...Happy Afternoon Everyone! One more day of work for me and then Thursday for last minute prep and then off to the looser factory on Friday!! I called St. V's today and they said as long as I don't start a temp I should be good to go so....I am crossing every body part I can Hoping and praying to stay well.... I am getting soooooooo excited.......ready to pack and go! I can't wait to see you Court!! I will be the one with the sappy look on my face You all have a wonderful afternoon!!
