Friday Roll Call

I'm actually feeling better today, my ulcer is healing despite my insurance company. My GI wrote two scripts to help heal my ulcer and my insurance of course is demanding prior authorization. My script for Carafate (to coat my stomach) was written to take 4X a day, but insurance will only cover 2X a day. The other I'm still waiting on. I'm trying to be optimistic and be grateful they are even paying for any of it! I'm looking forward to a kid free weekend after 10 am tomorrow. Too bad I don't have any money to go anywhere. Maybe I'll crash Jodi's party! Just kidding! I hope you have fun and run into Jermaine O'Neal!! My new shrink wrote me a script for Cymbalta. I'm looking forward to the pain relief that it is supposed to provide in addition to help with my depressioin! Hope everyone has a great and safe day and weekend! Stephanie

Bless your heart....hope ya get the ulcer under control soon. It took me 8 months to get mine healed....had to take Nexium twice a day....now I take it once a day. My insurance approves it right away...but the other choice is Potonix...which they have to approve first Dorks. But the GI doctor says he prefers Nexium anyhow...so I just take that. As for pain....the ulcer pain was worse than any of the RNY pain...like constant back labor. So I feel for you Get better soon!!!!
