anyone else have recipes
I was just wondering if anyone else has any recipes for things that I can have at just three weeks out. They let me start my second level of foods since I was having so much trouble getting my protien in. If you have any I would really appreciate them. Just getting tired of the same old stuff all of the time would like something different. Thanks

Cheddar Cheese 'crackers'
On Parchment paper, mound shredded cheddar cheese about 1" in diameter. For an 8 oz bag, I got 24. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes. Cool completely before storing.
I used these for something different. I would spread refried beans on the 'cracker', sprinkle with shreded cheese and nuke for ~10-15 seconds to melt the cheese some. As I got further out, I added chopped onions.
