Monday roll call

We got another puppy Saturday as well. Our little dog eneded up being found by animal control on Thursday so we went and picked her up. Poor little thing has been so sick. It doesn't look like she ate or slept while she was goen, she's so skinny and sleepy. It doesn't take much time for bones to start showing on a 9 pound dog. But we had already gone to a rescue shelter ( Indy Friends of Animals. They take animals that are harder to find homes for than the little bitty puppies and kitties. Most of their animals come from animal control's death row http://www.petfinder.com/shelters/IN236.html ) and had said that we wanted Joey. So saturday I went and picked him up from petco (which is why I wasn't at the exchange). He's a wonderful guy, and I left in tears because I wanted to give the other animals a home and realistically I can't. So we are up to 3 puppies now, which means when the tax refund comes its time for a bigger bed! In case anyone has stuff laying around, when we picked our baby up at animal control on Harding St, they need donations of garbage bags, ziploc bags, towels, blankets, and cat litter ( i think food too but i cant remember) We had a bunch of towels that were still in fine shape, but were from before my hubby and i met each other, and 2 people dont need 20+ towels (reguardless of how big your butt is!) So I took about 15 down to them before I went to get Joey. If you guys have stuff you want to donate but dont want or cant get to the shelter please email me, ill be more than happy to meet you somewhere and drop it off for you. Thanks all for your prayers and well wishes when my baby turned up missing. We're so happy to have all our babies at home and doing well.

I even dreamt of eating on the beginners plan last night so I guess I am getting into it mind and spirit now I feel really ready for the change. would have helped if I had not thought of Gord all night But alls well that ends well....Gord has come around and has declared his devotion to me once and for all You will have to meet him when he comes back down from Canada...several on here met him last year at the May clothing exchange. He's a sweety. Besides....we have been together over 2 years...hard to break in a new man

Good Morning Everyone. I think I have a case of the "Mondays". Atleast it's not snowing or raining, as that always makes the drive to work that much more interesting. I told my boss this morning that I will be having surgery on 2/14. (I think that I threw him into a panic attack) I didn't tell him exactly what I was having surgery for, just that I was having surgery. Sigh of relief....... Melissa

Morning Everyone, Once again I have ended up with the "cruise ship" virus. This is the second time in three weeks I have gotten this. It seems whenever I do any socializing I've gotten this. At least now I'll be sure to get those last few extra pounds off I wanted before going to Jermaine ONeal's Club 7 on Saturday.
