Peanut Butter Cookies 1 c peanut butter 1 egg 1 c Splenda Mix together. Spoon onto cookie sheet (I use parchment paper). Smash with a fork. Bake for 15 minutes at 350. Makes ~1 dozen Per cookie: 102 Cal., 5 g protein **************************** Peanut Butter Fudge Mix together in a bowl: 1 c peanut butter, 1/4 tsp vanilla Boil for 1 minute: 2 c Splenda, 1/2 c water Add splenda water to peanut butter mixture. Stir well. Spread in a PAM sprayed pan, refrigerate to set. Makes ~48 pieces Per piece: 24 Cal, 1 g protein *************************** No Bake Cookies 3 c quick oats 2/3 c peanut butter 2 c Splenda 1/4 c sugar (if you don't add any sugar, cookies are a little bit bitter) 1/2 c (1 stick) low fat butter 1/2 c skim milk 1/3 c Hershey's cocoa (brand does make a difference in taste) 2 tsp vanilla Measure oats and peanut butter, set aside. Combine Splenda, sugar, butter, milk, cocoa-Cook over medium heat, stir constantly. Bring to a rolling boil. Remove from heat. Add oats, peanut butter, and vanilla. Stir quickly, mix well. Drop by heaping tsp onto wax paper or foil. Cool. Depending on size, makes 2-4 dozen.

I thought all the food was wonderful! And Angie...I think your hair looks Fabulous!! Looking at your posting pic and the way you looked yesterday...I would say you look so much younger and very sheek!! It takes a little to get used to shorter hair but you will soon come to love it. I wore mine short for years then let it grow while I did full figure modeling then cut it a few years later and have kept it short now for 11 years! Try some of the hair paste they have out there..you can run your fingers thru your hair and get any look you like! Have fun and be creative!! You Go Girl! Later Marianne

Hi Sherri, Thanks for posting these for us! I have lots of family that have to go "sugar -free" and they will love these as much as I did.The PB. cookies Sat. were unbelievable-I kept thinking they were the "real" thing. I had 1/2 of one, & it was such a nice treat. (((hugs))) Ellen

You're all very welcome. My personal philosophy is to remember that 'sugar-free' doesn't mean 'calorie-free' so gotta stick with moderation. A batch of the cookies would probably help Deb since she has problems getting her calories in each day. My sister had the same problem and swore that as long as she ate 1-2 a day, she would lose. I guess I try to show that there can be (a Splenda sweet) life after WLS..lol. Sherri
