Hi Linda, I am so glad you are back on track! I know with your up coming surgery the stress can get to you. Oh I do pray for dumping! Negitive renforcement, it really can be a good thing. You take care of yourself and be in the best possible health before your knee surgery! BTW, I agree with the other ladies....you are just cute as a button. Jessi

Congrats Jessie Regaining is my biggest fear They say it happens more after the 2 year mark....so being 17 months out and still loosing, it isn't an issue for me today...but 3 years from now....oh yeah, I'm scared Use your first 18-24 months to truely change how you view food. But remember like any addiction...it will still be there lurking in the background waiting for you to fall off the wagon. It will be a constant battle to eat right and not give into those old demons Here's to everyone on their journey...may the candy God's stay away from your door and the fried food fairies die a gruesome death

"Here's to everyone on their journey...may the candy God's stay away from your door and the fried food fairies die a gruesome death" Here, here...I'll drink to that. Thanks for your support, I really appreciate it. Jessi

Jessie I really glad to hear you got a date. It is a great feeling to finally know it is going to happen. I am almost 63 and wish I would have had this opportunity back in my 40s. I have the fear of slipping up. I never want to do that. I want to make sure that when the end comes that pullbears can carry my casket out and not a forklift. lol I pray every day that I will keep on track. I have a tendency to stray sometimes and really have to send up a red flag and say wow Dan you can not have that. I have lost 73 lbs since Nov 8th, 2005 and want to keep it going. I remember Eric C. talking about his check points that he lives by and when he gets to a certain zone, then he takes actions. It really is a mental thing, but with God's help all things are possible. Looking forward to meeting you in the morning. God Bless Dan
