18 month check-up
You are right behind me Miss Cute as a Button The dietitian told me my protein intake is fine...I need to increase the complex carbs...more whole grains (breads, cereals, pastas), fruits, veggies. And she told me to make sure I eat breakfast to kick in the metabolism first thing in the mornings. Since I average 1000 calories a day (when I remember to eat )-she said a good 200-300 calorie breakfast would put me where I need to be. I told her all those vitamins with my coffee everyday was a meal in itself She wasn't impressed
So I am going to have my Mini-Wheats today for breakfast to start the day off right.

Way to go Courtney I only have a few size 10's...so I go between my 12's and the few 10's I have. But I will be getting rid of the 12's in April at the next exchange. Yesterday I had on size 12's from Old Navy and the nurses told me my pants were falling off they were so big. They laughed at me cuz I had to keep pulling them up
When I started out....my measurements were:
Arms 23 inches
Bust 66 inches
Waist 56 inches
Hips 68 inches
Yesterday they measured:
Arms 10 inches
Bust 38 inches
Waist 35 inches (excess skin )
Hips 40 inches
If I could have my tummy tuck and get 8-10 inches trimmed off the middle...I would have an hour glass shape But look at that....over 2 FEET smaller in my hips!!!!!!!! And a foot smaller around my arms!!!!!!
