HELP PLEASE

I need some help please.  I use to be on this board alot.  I got turned down for surgery because I wasn't "Sick" enough.  I now have HIP.  I am going to see Dr. Inman today.  I HAD a six month food  journal and my computer crashed  Last night  losing my file.  I so badly need to be approved by insurance.  What suggestions does anyone have?????

 you may be able to use the Dr notes that you had from the last times you saw the Dr... there is also a board here that answers insurance questions. they may be better suited with answers.
