Couch to 5 K anyone?

 I've seen posts about a program called couch 25k and was curious if anyone has tried it?  The website I got it from is coolrunning.com.  I am on week 1 day 3.  Is anyone else up for the challenge?  I'd love to have company on my journey!

Jodi it's been a long time since we have talked.  Why are you having to use a walker?

I'm using a walker because my RSD has progressed pretty badly making my right leg very atrophied. So until I can rebuild muscle back in there, I use a wheeled walker when I take Q out to the play ground by our house. If I go out without it, then I make sure Matt and/or Gage are with me. And I don't drive anymore unless I really have to. 

I'm also using Depends 24/7. 

 I'll keep you in my prayers.  I didn't know things were that bad!  

Hi Jo I just seen we have the same surgeon. Did you like him? I have not had my surgery yet, were and are you satisfied?

OMGosh! I LOVE.... and ADORE him. And his whole office staff. Even his PA is amazing.
