vericous veins

I have been dealing with alot of somewhat painful,achy legs in the thigh area and @ first I just thought I was working out to much or to hard,than i realized even when I had slacked off I was still very achy and heavy feeling in my legs. I made a app. with my pcp and she was worried about my bulging vericose veins. I knew i had always had them,but they never seemed to bother me before. I am now having to look into having them removed. I am really nervous about it and I have no idea whare to go.Has anyone had this procedure done? Whare did you go to get it done ? I am going to get a referral from my WLS doc,but he is out of the office till Monday.

 I like my vascular specialist.  He doesn't rush you into surgery unless it's really needed.  Look up Dr Dalsing (could be wrong on spelling but it is close)  at IU Medical center.  Let me know if you can't locate him.
