I am so frustrated.   I knew this surgery wasn't a fix all... that I would have to work at it.  But after having my daughter... all I have done is gain weight.  I know it's bordem and emotional eating, I just can't get a grip.

I'm looking for suggestions...  therapy?  maybe but where?    Books?

Anything...

Thanks Ladies.

Contact your surgeon, see your dietician.   Go to a local support group.  start an exercise group with other mommies.  Just get up and move!  Do not allow boredom.  If you need to stay home get a yoga and a zumba tape and stretch and dance!  You will get back on track, but only you can do it.

I am only one, But still, I am one.  I cannot do everything, but still I can do something.  And because I cannot do everything, I will not refuse to do
the something that I can do.
