WLS friendly doctor for cross the border surgery.

My wife is looking to combat the increasingly dangerous effects of being heavy with WLS.  We both share the same gp-We both have a fear that he may not be WLS friendly, and if he we are completely honest and share that we are contemplating surgery in Mexico he will not be supportive.  I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good physician for aftercare within 3 hrs drive of Indianapolis?  Bonus points if you know of a physician that can be creative when coding labs and such.
