Surgery tomorrow

Hi!  Tomorrow is the big day!  I am so excited and strangely calm about it.  (I'm normally very nervous about things like this).  I'm sure when I get that IV put in, reality will set in but I know that every day will get a little better.  I'm not worried about the pain but more about nausea.  I usually get sick after any anesthesia and most narcotics make me sick.  I know they have a lot of different nausea and pain medications to try. (My daughter had her RNY on November 3rd).  Just going thru it with her has done a lot to calm my nerves and lot of prayer too!

Hi Pam!!!!!  So excited for you!  What time is your surgery?  I will send up prayers for you and you will be in my thoughts all day tomorrow.  Can't wait to hear how you do.  Finally got my preop class scheduled for Fri Dec 3 and preop testing for Mon Dec 6.
