Healthy Indiana Plan will cover weight loss surgery if found to be medically nessecarily?!!!! Please reply!

I have healthy Indiana Plan Plus, this is my month number 7 I am just awaiting my surgery date :) 

Hi. .I have the HIP plus insurance and I'm wondering who I should contact 1st about WLS...my regular  Dr. or should I go through a WL center like Anderson?

Can you guys tell me what surgery options it covers? I wanrto make an informed decision but cant seem to find a list of covered procedures online.

Wow, thanks everyone for the replies. I wonder if the difference between some of the cases is wether some of us had Anthem and some of us had MDWise.

I have Anthem and the Insurance Specialist at the Bariatric Center said I wont have to have the 6 month weight loss documentation. I had my psych eval on Tuesday and it went great. Ive got my fingers crossed that things keep going as smoothly as they have been. I just started this process at the beginning of the month. It's been amazing so far.
