Hope your healing and recovery go very well and uncomplicated.  I plan on going to the support group this next Tues - it will be my first time at that support group.  I will continue going to the one on the 2nd Tuesday also.

Have a great day - hope you get the drainage tubes out soon - that will make you feel so much better.

I have thought about a lower body lift - but knowing how painful it will be - just not sure about it.  But definately will do the arms.

Penny,

Were you at the support group on the 14th at Concordia?  There were so many people there and that was my first time.  I finally got ahold of the accounts department and found out that my chart is finally with the surgery scheduler.  So hopefully I will know my date soon.  Pam

Yes, I was there.  I am the one that is usually sitting knitting during our support group.  Hope you get your date soon.

Yes, I remember you now.  We will be coming to the support group.  I need all the help I can get.  I'm getting antsy for a date.  My daughter is having  hers (RNY) on Nov. 3rd.  So I will be down there at St. Vincents with her and that will help me not be so nervous when my time comes.  I'll kind of get the swing of things with her.   She only lives a few miles from Carmel in Westfield.  So we  are going through this together.  Pam

Dr. today..........still have the 3 draining tubes in.  And still very painful.  Go back next Monday, and hopefully can get drainage tubes out then.  Arms still no pain, but still wear compression garments on arms and stomach.  Hopefully in a couple weeks I'll see some results and feel like all the money spent was worth it.  Right now with all the pain, not quite so sure.  But dr. said could take a few months to see total results.   Just so darn miserable right now.
