Has anyone had their surgery covered by Medicare?

Has anyone had their surgery covered by Medicare? Did you have to pay anything out of pocket? I have been approved for surgery, but don't know if I have to pay a certain percenage.? No one has said so...just curious.

generally speaking, co pay for medicare is 20%

I have Medicare and my secondary is Medicaid QMB and I paid absolutely nothing. If you don't have a secondary, I suggest getting the Medicaid. If you are on Medicare, you are automatically qualified for the QMB.
