Can you believe how far we have come with the weight loss since those first few support group meetings? I still go twice a month to them....I dont really care for the leaders now but I go for myself and to help others that are just starting out or are still new...

Me. too - Keilah Heffington, but warning, I play a lot of games so there are tons of game posts. Of course, with summer here and going back to night school soon, I may have to limit that some... oh, it's so hard... sigh...
