Hi friends! I have discussed with the dieticians, and they recommended some small steps to start taking to get on track. I got a pedometer, and a food log. I think I'm going to start going to the Reflections support group at St. V. for people farther out.

This weekend is father's day. We are celebrating my husband's birthday too, as his actual birthday is the 23rd. We're having family over Sunday and going to have a nice day.

i loved my pedometer. i have had it come up missing. I logged my steps for a week then said, ok last week I had 8000 steps a day, im going to strive for 8500 a day. then keep adding till you reach 10,000 a day!

Hi Linda,
Great to see ya!! I have heard 100's of times walking is the BEST exercise.. slow down when ya need to and speed up for cardio... carry something with ya for a little extra ommph!!

Be well and good luck getting back on track!
