Lookin for new ideas for Protein Shakes....
I'll pass on my favorite:
It tastes like Starbucks Chocolate-Banana Vivanno, which I dearly love.
1 scoop Click protein powder
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 Tbsp. SF vanilla syrup (I use DaVinci or Torani - available at Wal Mart)
1/2 banana
8 oz milk (I use FF Lactaid)
handful of ice cubes
Whiz up in blender - enjoy! nom nom nom!!!

I had trouble with the shakes at first until I started makng them with fruit. My favorite is 2-3 ounces of Greek (or any low fat ) yogurt, 1/2-3/4 cup skim milk, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, assorted frozen berries -or just strawberries- then I add 2 heaping tablespoons of sugar free whipped topping. mix all together and yummy.
My fave tastes like a Starbucks Pumpkin Spice frap.

1/4 tsp pumpkin spice seasoning
1 oz sf vanilla syrup
4 oz milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
6 oz cold water
Shake in a shaker cup, drink over ice with a lil whip cream (optional)
GREAT for those days there you are really missing "desert", cause it tastes like pumpkin pie in a cup.
