Update on me
Hi all you hoosiers per opts or losers just wanted to update you all on my progress I had my second plastic surgery on dec 7 my 53rd birthday with DR. Sando and Dr jones at st vicent, carmel, the surgery took 5 hours and they cut off 26lbs from my thighs what a relief. From my hights weight which was between 620 and 630lbs i have lost 302.6lbs. I want to thank all of you for the support you all give even though i dont post very much. I would like to thank Dr. William Sando for giving me a chance when 2 other ps would not. I still have about 70 lbs to lose but with spring just around the corner it should not be to hard.

New GOAL set @ 146 pounds!!!! Reached second goal, now at 144, it's all a number game now!!!

Don’t ever let anyone take for granted the beauty that is within you. Stand firm and know that you’re a wonderful person. Always remember your value and respect yourself. I’m so blessed to have you in my life. Sometimes we all need to be reminded how special we really are!

Thats amazing!!! I had no idea you had lost that much weight. You should be so proud of yourself !
Please share your journey with us more often. It is very inspiring to hear from those of you who have come so far. For me, it makes me wanna work even harder. our OH family like you and Lisa show us that anything is possible if someone really truly tries!!! It keeps me from whining over a few bad days when I see how strong you guys are!

It's so good to hear from you again. It's funny how our surgery dates kept being scheduled close together. lol. My last one was Dec. 1st. I was probably still in St. Vincent's while you were there.
What all was involved with your first plastics? Will you be needing more plastics in the future? You've done such a wonderful job losing weight. I can't wait to see you again! It's going to be hard recognizing you. Please tell your wife hello for me.
