Nioxin shampoo is on sale at JCPenny at Eastland Mall, Evansville.
They have the liter size in a duo pack, one shampoo and one conditioner for $49.99. That's 42% off the regular price. They said it should also be on sale at other JC Penny stores. Also, the clerk used a $10 off coupon from their sale flyer for me as well. FYI.
