Home from the hospital!
My surgery was on Monday and went without a hitch. Got home from the hospital this afternoon. Just been taking it easy and gettinf the hang of my eating schedule and trying to plan a schedule for taking all of my medicines and supplements. Truthfully, that is the biggest challenge right now. And oooh they taste so bad crushed. I did try some SF lemon yogurt and it helped a l ittle but YUK.
On a good note, when I got home today I weighed the same thing exactly that I weighed when I left on Monday morning. I was prepared to have gained some in the hospital from all of the fluid in my IV.
Make room on the loser's bench for me. I'm ready to get moving.

YAY!! Glad to see you made it home!!
Making a daily schedule is DEFINITELY the way to go in order to get in all your meals, vitamins and supplements. Otherwise, you will find that you might not remember it all and miss something. Just work the tool and follow the food plan and the pounds will melt away. . .

So Glad you are home and the surgery went fine!
I too have a hard time with staying on schedule! It is something that I work on each day!
I loved sf pudding with added supplements. It really helped me in the early stage.
Let me know if you need anything. Just get plenty of rest and heal quickly!
You are in my prayers!

Thanks, Jonna. I'm doing fine. Getting better each day. I'm using sf pudding with the crushed meds and that does seem to help. It will ve nice when I can stop taking some of them.
Let's get together again soon.
