Day off in the middle of the week. I am going to send a box of puppy chow and Cherry Halls cough drops to Aftganastan..thats what they want cough drops and junk food.. God love em.. My nephew is A Lifer Marine and will be there until the end of the year.. ( just got there before Christmas..) Well at least someone can get some good out of my junk food recipes..

Linda Kay, that's brilliant!!!  If we make up the junk food and send it to the soldier, sailors and Marines we all win!!!  I miss cooking up and baking up some of the stuff I used to make.  I just know I can't have it around my house for long or I will be in "trouble".  Thanks for supporting our troops and tell your nephew thanks from the bottom of my heart!

Good morning all!

I am working half a day today so I can go to the dentist and then on to the school for my Kid's Hope time with my darling little friend.  It's probably one of the most rewarding volunteer jobs I have ever done. 

Take all your vitamins and supplements.  Make good choices and work your tool!  We are all in this together!!!!

Good afternoon!

I am so glad that this work week is more than half way done. I keep hoping that my body and brain will get with the program. I know they will..it's just taking time.

We're gonna go to Los Rancherio's for dinner. I do enjoy their food. We get their bean and cheese dip. By the time the food is delivered, my tummy only has room for their side order of rancherio beans..which is kinda like a pinto bean soup. I get my fahita's to go...lol!

I had spoken with several people today that are out of state. It's funny. As soon as they learned I was from Indianapolis they quickly switched the subject to the Colts! LOL! They could not have been talking to a less-football oriented person than me. I'd finally tell them that I cheer for the Colts while watching a different channel. So...football fans...there are people in Boston, Florida, and everywhere in between that are looking forward to watching the Colts win another superbowl!
