Had lunch today with three post-op friends I met on this forum!

So much fun and so great to meet in person.  They were so sweet and helpful to share their recent experience with me.  So pleased to have met them on here. 

It was FUN!!  Sorry I had to leave early. . . duty called.

It was especially neat to compare notes and experiences while having a bite to eat -- literally.  I don't think I've EVER gotten out of there with less than 3 trips through the buffet.  LOL!!  But I was soooo full when I left -- not to the point of feeling sick, but knowing that if I had tried to put one more bite in my mouth I'd have been running to the bathroom to clear it all out.

I hope we get together again -- at least monthly to keep up with news and share successes and frustrations. 

Totally agree.  It was great to hear about each of your personal experiences.  I shared some of the things and how well you are all doing with  my husband.  I think it made him feel better about my surgery on Monday.  Hey how long had it been since Michelle had her surgery, do you remember???

OH, Man!!  And I had the camera in my purse, too.

Oh, well -- my neighbor will do it this weekend if she over her respiratory crud.  I didn't want to ask her to do it while she's been sick.  Maybe she'll feel better over the weekend.

I too enjoyed myself. It is always great to meet new friends. Especially, those who we have so mu*****ommon. I will be praying for Deb and an easy recovery! Look forward to meeting with you guys again!!!!

I'm baaaaack.  I'm a post-op now too.  :)  Came home today.
