Good morning all!

I was so glad to be off today! I know. I've only been back for 4 days and only worked a little over 3 of it. I woke up at 5, hurting, took a percocet and laid back down. When I got up at 7:15, I was hurting. So...I'm trying to wait it out. With me sitting still in one spot right now, it has eased up so that is a huge plus.

It sounds like there is some pretty nasty weather west of here in California and Arizona. I think we'll probably be pretty fortunate if all we get out of it is rain..which, that's what they're predicting. It's suppose to pour by 'bucketfull's' all day tomorrow. Sounds like a good day to cozy up inside and catch up on the DVR & movies!

We don't have anything planned for today. Hehe...may be another day of cozing up! I feel like I need it. It's really wiped me out more than I thought it would to go back to work. But then, everything about this surgery has kicked my butt more than I thought it would.

I'm off today too.  We were working overtime at the office, but I have orders from Wally not to go in.  He's tired of looking at the horrible dark circles under my eyes.  My boss mentioned it yesterday too.  Guess I need to rest.  I didn't go to bed till 2 AM, and I've been up since 6.  Seems to be my reality lately in that I'm not sleeping much.  Ugh...

Going to go grocery shopping later and get my supplies for my planned menus for the next two weeks, and do some laundry and housecleaning.  Will likely take it easy this weekend.  The vertigo has been kicking my butt again lately.  I had bacterial pneumonia about 3 years ago, and also an ear infection.  I've had vertigo ever since, and let me tell you, it sucks.  That's one reason I sold my trike.  I can't ride a bike anymore, and I even fell off the 3 wheeler.  Oh well - there's a good reason my name isn't Grace!  LOL

Sherri - all the difficulties from this surgery are going to pay off for you big time - I just know it!
