OT: Mission Trip Needs

As some of you know, Floyd and I will be making a Mission Trip to Nicaragua the end of March. This is the 10th year our church has been going to the same village. They perform a variety of tasks as needed. Last year they cleaned, repaired and renovated the local school.  As a result of their work there are now 2 additional classrooms making it possible for disabled children to now attend school. We don't know what our project will be this year but we are really looking forward to the opportunity to help spread God's word.

Part of the trip involves taking much needed items to the children. We are collecting navy blue pants for boys and skirts for girls (must be worn to attend school) as well as children's vitamins (malnutrition is a huge probelm there).  If anyone would like to donate any of these items please contact me so we might work out how I can get them from you.  We will be at the clothing exchange Jan 30th so you can bring them there if you are planning to attend.

I will get some things to you. Hopefully I will be at the clothing exchange as well. It depends on the weather. I don't like winter driving. Do the pants and skirts need to be new? What sizes do you suggest? Jana

I got 2 big bottles of childrens vitamins and I found 3 pair of pants at goodwill that look almost new.
