Made it thru the pouch test. I did not weigh myself before or after. My goal was not for weightloss but to get my restriction back. I will have to say it worked!

I just did it and it worked wonderful! I did weigh myself before and after and I lost 4 lbs. I am good with that. Hoping to drop these last two before seeing Dr. Bergman.

Congrats and way to go on surviving it!!!! It aint easy!

I recommended this to another person where I work who had the same surgery I did. She is almost at her presurgery weight and I am worried for her. I have read a lot about the 5dpt and it sounded like it would work. Thank you all for posting about it.
