Monday Plans

Just wondering what your plans for the day are....in terms of eating, exercise and leisure as it is a holiday.  Any special menu items you want to share?  Activities?

I have a rough idea, food-wise, where I am headed (protein added to coffee +protein and greek-style yogurt for breakfast and mid-morning snack; cottage cheese with some low-carb topping for lunch; an alfredo-typ sauce with chicken and bacon for dinner - pasta for the fam; and a creamy dreamy pro. shake for snack).  i need to run the numbers to see where I land and what I'll need to add/subtract.  Heading to the gym soon.  Cardio!!!   I just started so I am hesitant with the weight training....don't want to get stuck in some weight machine! lol  Mr. Trainer can help with that tomorrow.
