Back Home

I just got home from Evansville. My sister Donna had her RNY on Monday. Everyting went great. I sent out a text to a few of you but I am not sure it went due to the reception in the hospital. Boy did it bring back  memories. It made me want to start from scratch and start using my tool like I did in the beginning. I swear just being there and helping her made me crave protien shakes and healthy food! I think she will be an inspiration to me and being her coach will help me get back on track. I am so happy for her and hope that she will do better than I have. I missed reading the posts while I was gone. I did not have a computer there. Bad withdraws there. I missed my farm! Jana
