How long is one off work after lap band or RNY?

 Thanks again for all the great responses.

I am hoping (if I get approved) to be back to work in two weeks, with possible lifting restrictions.  Luckily, my manager and co-workers are very good in helping if people have any type of restrictions.  I was just wondering how people have recovered.
