Been there, done that, got the T Shirt!

Had my 1 year check up with Dr. Cutie and a visit to the dietician - Got my T Shirt for losing over 100 pounds!  Yahoo!  Also found out I have lost 10 inches off my waist.  Dr. E turned my care over to Dr. Gomez now since I have no problems.  Will sure miss seeing him!

You'll just have to come to all the Christmas parties at the Ritz Carles to see Dr Cutie!! And yep Congrats about the 100 gone forever.. but hopefully not forgotten, I think it is so important for us to remember where we came from.. Keeps us humble..

Congrats sweetie!

Many times over the years I've given myself a kick in the pants for getting so large to begin with. And then I think of the friendships I have made through this board and that kick becomes a personal hug instead. If it hadn't been for obesity, I would have probably never had met any of you...and how much more empty my life would be without you all in it...Too depressing to even consider the thought!

So...today, I am thankful for obesity and the tools developed to combat it for without them both, I  may have never met you. You have been a sunshine addition to my soul so while I congrat you for your weight loss sucess, I am also thankful to God for us both having to go on a weight loss journey to where our paths crossed.

Had my 1 year check on Monday with Dr. Cacucci.  Didn't quite make 100, but 95. Only 20 more lbs. to go  Gave me my t shirt anyway.  But when measured, lost 15 inches off my waist.  That really made me go wow! more than the scale.    Congrats to you as well.
