I am Leafy nice to meet all you guys. I am nervous. I am 31 264 lbs. my bmi is 41.3. I am so hating myself for letting myself get like this, I used to be skinny when i was younger, then i got brain surgery at thirteen i got scared and lazy. Then as i got older i developed polycystic oviarian syndrome. I have extreme acne, some hair loss, facial hair. I know if i was to loose enough weight i will loose some of those problems. Plus i am adopted and i don't know any of my family medical history, and i don't want to find out to late or help speed up the process.  I just got a couple of questions with all of this.

1. how can i eliminate the loose skin while loosing weight?

2. does hoosier healthwise pay for the removing of the loose skin?

3. Does any one have any advice.

Most people will have loose skin no matter what they do because of the weight loss, but exercising helps alot, I go to local YMCA and have receieved alot of pointers from the staff of the Y and other people throughout.

I am not famailar with hoosier healtwise, so I can not answer that question.

Welcome to the board.

Hugs
